Dean Hall

Dean Hall Plantation was originally on the Cooper River, north of Charleston. When an industrial company purchased the property, the residence was taken apart, pieces numbered, and reconstructed near Beaufort, SC. Sold at auction to a Vanderbilt heir and her husband, The Huffines Company sold Dean Hall twice, with the latest sale to the world’s largest collector of Jamie Wyeth artwork. The last sale was made in conjunction with our Beaufort office partnership.
