Bonnie Hall

Bonnie Hall Plantation, once over 1,000 acres as owned by the Penniman family, was reduced to 237 acres in two parcels when the Huffines Company was contacted by an Atlanta bank to assist them in marketing the property. We were successful in selling the 157 acres that was not contiguous to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to be protected as part of their Bonnie Hall ACE Basin Reserve. The main house and 80 acres, overlooking the rice fields of the ACE Basin Reserve stood empty for some time prior to our company being engaged. In a creative move, the Huffines Company staged the home with beautiful antiques and oriental rugs, and we were then successful in selling the property to a couple that later added stables and a mangers home.
